Our World Varietal Winery, produces our wines which taste remarkably different than other wines.   That is because we make them in a similar old-world manner, naturally. Another noticeable difference is they are generally not oaked but aged in Special Impervious tanks. This allows the controlled fermentation and aging that reveals the natural tannins of the grape. 

Once you experience the tastings of our many varietals, we are confident you will enjoy them, and many will become your favorites.

Whether you enjoy red or white wine, we believe you will be pleasantly surprised as to the pure character of our wines we serve at Cellar 104.

 World Varietal Winery  - We start with the best grape juices from around the world. Then bunk age them the old world way. All wines are aged minimum of 14 months for our Signature Collection and 24 months for our Reserves Collections. These are all done under natural processing and fermentation for your enjoyment, here in Downtown Mount Clemens, Mi.   

Italy, Chile, California... Here are a few of the wines we produce so you can enjoy them in our Winery:

Reds...Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Malbec, Montepulciano, Barbara, Nebbiolo, Malbec, Amarone Style, Brunello and more.

Whites...Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and more.

World Varietal Winery Produces  wines from the best grape juice from around the World for Your Pleasure...Aged in Mount Clemens for 14 Months minimum.
